Mom and Dad tend to relax a lot on these trips.
On occasion, they can be persuaded to go on an outing. Here they are walking toward the bakery in Speightstown with my brother Michael and his wife Chris in slow pursuit.

The windmill is one of fewer than 100 that remain of the original 506 that used to dot Barbados. Sugar cane has been the big cash crop there for centuries and made Barbados very important in the 18th century. There was a time when Bridgetown was the second largest English speaking city in the world next to London.
