This is either a weed or or a really nice wildflower I spotted today while hiking. If it is something that can be cultivated, I might even buy one and see if it can survive in close proximity to me.

The pattern beds in the walled garden are looking pretty full with their summer do these days.

Amazing regrowth in the aquatic beds in the Italian Garden. These three pools were completely emptied of everything this winter to be cleaned and had to be replanted from scratch. They are doing great and the middle one is now stocked with Koi, some of which are huge. Posted by Picasa
